Frequently asked questions
What happens on a recording day?
You turn up, we've already set up - three cameras, lighting, mics. You record your episodes back to back, we look after everything technical, and you leave. The edit comes to you afterwards.
How many episodes can we record in a session?
Several - that's the point of batching. A half-day suits a couple of episodes; a full day comfortably does four. We'll plan the running order with you beforehand.
Do you edit everything or just film it?
We edit and deliver the finished episodes and the short clips. On the top package we also handle uploading, scheduling, titles and analytics.
Can you post and manage the podcast for us?
Yes, on the Full-Service package - hosting, scheduling and platform analytics included. On the others we hand over finished content for you to publish.
Do we need our own guests, kit or assets?
Just guests and something to talk about. The kit, the room and the production are ours. We can help shape the format if you're starting from scratch.
Where is the studio?
Sheffield, just off Ecclesall Road - easy to reach and with plenty of free parking on-site
